At Crosta Alta the secret setting our amazing pizza apart is in the name. The pizzas feature a puffy, air-filled crust-edge or cornicione (“cornee-CHO-nay”) around the traditional Neapolitan pizza thin crust bottom. Our crusts are light and chewy on the inside with just the right level of crunchiness on the outer shell.
